I'm sorry to bother but seems I can't find a solution by myself in order to make work the a:hover effect on my menu.
If you could take a look here I made a simple page with 2 menus. One of them is using the Lavalamp script and the other is a simple UL list.

On both of them the a:hover effect is not working.
